Our Firm is headed by a seasoned and astute Legal Practitioner with diverse experience in litigation and general legal practice. Over the years, the counsel in the firm have also grown steadily to become skilled and respectable professionals with practice experience across all superior courts of record in the nooks and crannies of the country and beyond.
PRINCIPAL OF THE FIRM
PROF O. Y. ABDUL-HAMID ESQ, Ph.D. He was called to the Nigerian Bar in 1992. Since then he has had extensive legal practice across all levels of Courts in Nigeria on varied issues including land disputes, land titles, mortgages, corporate practice and virtually all other spheres of legal practice. His legal research interest culminating in the award of a doctorate degree in law also comes in handy in his practice. He is an active Bar man and has served in various committees at the national and local branch of the Nigerian Bar Association (NBA) at different times.
OUR CONSULTANT
PROF ABIODUN AMUDA-KANNIKE (SAN) who was called to Nigerian Bar in 1991, is an associate counsel to with the firm. He is vastly experienced in all aspects of litigation and Commercial practice. He complements other Counsel in chambers in effective service delivery by the firm.
OUR ASSOCIATES
1. GANIYU RUFAI AHMED ESQ, LL.M was called to Bar in 1992. He is vastly experienced in litigation and other legal services. He provides the links between theory and practice for effective service delivery by the firm.
2. DR D. A. ARIYOOSU ESQ, Ph.D. was called to Nigerian Bar in 2002. He is a core litigation Counsel, whose experience in Court stems from the lowest to the highest. He is on a working arrangement with the firm and presently handles a number of the firms matters.
3. YUSUF SULYMAN ESQ, LL.M (currently on a Ph.D program in the UK) was called to Bar in 2013, Starting from his service year, he has been exposed to the varied areas of legal practice. He is resourceful in the field of law, ingenious in litigation and shows limitless potentials. He is also a diligent professional and possesses a sense of responsibility which is responsible for his fast pace of skill development.
